This division focuses on clients experiencing major capital gains events, typically $5 million or more in capital gains from business sales, real estate, or large investment liquidations. These strategies help mitigate or defer significant tax burdens associated with these transactions.

Retirement Taxes
This division works with individuals who are retired or within one year of retirement and have at least $2 million in retirement assets per couple. These clients are typically looking for strategies to improve tax efficiency, preserve assets, and reduce long-term tax exposure during retirement.

Annual Taxable Income
This division works with high-income individuals or business owners generating $1 million or more in annual personal or business taxable income. These clients are seeking advanced tax strategies beyond traditional planning to significantly reduce their ongoing tax liabilities.
